Returns and exchanges are easy on our trendy and unique girls clothes.


We want you to LOVE your original styles! Therefore, we will allow returns or exchanges meeting the following conditions. Our goal is to make it easy to shop at Growin' Up Original.
  • To get the return or exchange process started, contact us at within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • All items returned MUST have the tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have no pet hair or odours. No returns will be accepted without original receipt.
  • Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and will not be accepted as a return or exchange if the sanitary liner is removed.
  • We are happy to return or exchange items within 14 days - we must receive it back within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. Return options include:
      • AIRDRIE LOCAL RETURNS - Return your items to our convenient (and free!) parcel dropbox in northwest Airdrie.
      • OUTSIDE OF AIRDRIE - Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and must use a trackable method for return shipment.
  • If the items do not meet the conditions stated on this page they will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • You will be notified via email when we receive your return. Please be aware that our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5-7 business days once we receive your return. You will be refunded via your original payment method.
  • To avoid missing out on one of our original styles, you may go ahead and re-order a replacement item as soon as your return has been approved. We can get it delivered to you right away and we will refund your returned items as soon as we receive them back. You will still be responsible for a return option (AIRDRIE LOCAL or OUTSIDE OF AIRDRIE) and the shipping charges for the new items.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE though we will do our best to exchange size in the same item where possible. If we cannot offer an alternate size in the same item we will issue a store credit. We cannot offer return, exchange or store credit on accessories (including toques, hats or jewelry) or gift cards.
  • We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed online.
  • Sale prices cannot be applied to items purchased previously.
  • We inspect items prior to shipping, however if an item is deemed defective or damaged from the manufacturer we will refund the item and shipping charges. If you received a damaged product please EMAIL us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Upon return, we will check the items for defect or damage - if no damage is found we will not be able to refund shipping charges. 
  • Products may vary slightly in colour in real life due to computer screens portraying colours differently.
  • Tags that have been cut off or pinned on will not be accepted.
  • Christmas gifts purchased after October 7 are eligible for exchange or refund until January 11 with original receipt and in compliance with the guidelines on this page. Growin' Up Original will be closed at noon on December 16 2019 and will re-open on December 27 2019 for Christmas Break. Online orders may still be placed during Christmas Break but order fulfillment, returns and exchanges cannot be completed until we open on December 27.
  • Growin' Up Original reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who abuses this policy.
